The UDIA State of the Land 2025 Report launched today at the UDIA National Congress, reveals a story of mixed fortunes for the housing market and a warning for the near future.
This year’s edition of the State of the Land Report is particularly important as it provides an update on the nation’s progress against the ambitious Federal Government target to build 1.2 million new homes across the nation by 2029.
“The recommendations provided in our 2025 report for both State and Federal governments, present a roadmap of what needs to happen to expedite new dwelling supply, improve affordability and allow the industry to drive improved productivity,” said Col Dutton, UDIA National President.
