Cirque by Stirling Capital offered an exceptionally high quality, luxurious, aspirational product establishing a positive benchmark within the growing Mount Pleasant precinct in Perth’s middle suburbs.

Cirque’s striking building façade echoed the fluidity of the nearby Swan River, with curved glass balustrades offering a unique, sculptural element which also assisted in creating useable private balcony areas for each of the 111 apartments.

The judges were particularly impressed with the range of apartments offered by Stirling Capital, ranging in size from 50sqm to 185sqm, most offered with a view of the skyline or river.

The developer’s commitment to creating a building which is not only sustainable but also integrated into the local community should be commended.
