Darren Cooper is the Immediate Past President of the UDIA National Board. He has spent in excess of 20 years with various companies in management and senior executive roles, and has a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Company Directors program.
In addition to his role as UDIA National Treasurer, Darren holds a number of Board and Strategic Advisory roles across a range of industries including property, construction, labour hire, professional services and telecommunications. He is also an investor in and director of a range of technology and media-based start-up businesses.
Darren is the Board Chair of two ASX-listed companies (The GO2 People Ltd and Spectur Ltd), is the Deputy Chair of WA community housing provider Foundation Housing Inc and is a Non-Executive Director of JDSi Consulting Engineers.
